Description
We are looking for an entry level, Analytics Project Assistant to join our growing advertising team.

This position will assist the Client Success and Advertising Campaign Management teams. You will act as the right hand person to the various teams and it is an excellent learning opportunity for someone looking to get into the marketing world with a hands-on application.

 

You will gain experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google, Hubspot, among other softwares, and learn how to create campaigns and target audiences.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist in submitting documentation to the proper channels for approval

• Perform quality checks and assist in creating/maintaining client reporting & campaign data

• Fulfill special analytical requests for the Account Managers as they come in

• Self-direct and initiate conversations around process improvements

• Develop an understanding of our culture, business and growth model

• Remain current and increase knowledge in business and industry trends

• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of the department team

• Assist the marketing teams social profile logins and other properties

• Other Duties as Assigned

• Must have excellent proofreading, verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities and projects

• Strong Attention to detail & organizational skills
